All three are cycle-tested to 100,000 operations with double speed adjustment.
Yes. The Floor Spring ships with an anti-corrosive black powder coated box and a heavy gauge 304SS cover plate, both chosen specifically to hold up in humid conditions rather than a standard painted finish. It's available with wooden door fitting too, not just glass.
The floor spring is the mechanism that controls how the door closes, set into the floor itself. The Handle with Lock is a separate fitting, made of SS 304 with four keys and a 1500mm pull handle, that adds a locking function to a glass or wooden door. Most glass door installations use both together, not one instead of the other.
